Step 1: Set up Campaign
- Click Start from scratch.
- You will be redirected to the customization dashboard.
- Enter:
- Campaign name
- Start date (past, present, or future; time optional)
- End date (optional)
- If no end date is specified, the campaign will run until it is manually closed.
- Click Next to proceed.
Step 2: Set up Reward
QueueForm offers three reward types:1. Milestone-Based Rewards
- Set referral milestones using plus/minus buttons or manual input.
- Assign a reward name for each milestone (e.g., “20 referrals → Amazon gift card worth ₹500”)
- Up to 5 milestones can be added.
- Reward appearance can be customized later.
2. Rank-Based Rewards (Waitlist)
- Define the top ranks eligible for rewards (e.g., “Top 5 users receive Myntra voucher worth ₹2000”)
- Up to 5 rank milestones can be added.
- Reward appearance is customizable later.
3. Random Winner
- Define the number of winners.
- Assign reward names.
- Up to 5 different rewards can be configured.
- Customize reward appearance later.
The reward type can be changed anytime from the top selector.
Step 3: Waitlist Questions
- Three pre-made screens are available by default.
- Preview screens using the up/down arrows.
- Campaign preview modes:
- Full screen
- Popup view
- Mobile view
- Desktop view
- Click Edit Form to modify questions.
