Overview

QueueForm allows you to seamlessly integrate with Beehiiv so that every valid form submission is automatically added as a subscriber to your Beehiiv publication. This integration is ideal for creators and teams who want to grow their newsletter audience directly from QueueForm campaigns.

Prerequisites

Before starting, make sure you have:
  • An active Beehiiv account
  • Access to your Beehiiv Publication Settings
  • A QueueForm campaign ready for integration

Step 1: Enable Beehiiv Integration in QueueForm

  1. Open your QueueForm dashboard.
  2. Navigate to your campaign.
  3. Go to the Integrations tab.
  4. Find Beehiiv and toggle it ON.
  5. A pop-up will appear asking for:
    • API Key
    • Publication ID

Step 2: Generate Beehiiv API Key

  1. Open your Beehiiv dashboard in a new tab.
  2. Go to Settings.
  3. Navigate to APIs.
  4. Click Create New API.
  5. Add a label for your API key.
  6. Copy the generated API key.
  7. Paste this API key into QueueForm.

Step 3: Get Your Publication V2 ID

  1. In your Beehiiv dashboard, scroll down in Settings.
  2. Locate your Publication V2 ID.
  3. Copy the ID.
  4. Paste it into the Publication ID field in QueueForm.

Step 4: Map Email Field & Connect

  1. In QueueForm, select the Email Address field from the dropdown.
  2. Click Connect Integration.
  3. Once connected, click Done.
Your Beehiiv integration is now active for the campaign.

Step 5: Verify the Integration

  1. Open your QueueForm campaign in a new tab.
  2. Submit a test entry using a valid email address.
  3. Go to your Beehiiv dashboard.
  4. Navigate to:
    • Audience
    • Subscribers
  5. Verify that the new subscriber appears.
  6. The source will be shown as API Direct.

What Happens After Integration?

  • Every new QueueForm submission is added as a Beehiiv subscriber.
  • Subscribers are synced in real time.
  • Email verification in QueueForm ensures only valid emails are passed to Beehiiv.

Troubleshooting

If subscribers do not appear in Beehiiv:
  • Recheck API key and Publication ID
  • Ensure the correct email field is mapped
  • Submit a fresh test entry after reconnecting
